to as "ICG") maintain this site for your personal entertainment, information, education

you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other information (collectively,
the "Information"), the Information shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of ICG. None of the
Information shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on the part of ICG. ICG shall not be
liable for any use or disclosure of any "Information".
Any linked sites are not under the control of ICG and ICG is not responsible for the contents of any
linked site or any link contained in the linked site. ICG is providing these links to you only as a
convenience and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ICG of the site.
Information Collected by ICG and its Subsidiaries
ICG understands the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by customers
and other visitors to our web sites. We provide the following privacy guidelines to show we respect
our customers and other visitors right to privacy.
ICG collects information about users when they fill out surveys, enter contests, or purchase
items via online direct sale and online auctions.
ICG does not reveal any personal information that users provide to us through a web site to any
third party. The information is used strictly within ICG to help us with developing new products
and services, to make changes to or further develop our online marketing efforts, and to allow us
to know about customers who may want further information about our products and services.
Using e-mail addresses provided at registration or otherwise, users are giving ICG permission to
periodically send out e-mail newsletters and promotional e-mail to our users about web site updates,
and product and service information offered by ICG. We do not provide e-mail addresses to outside
third parties.
Although ICG does not specifically seek to obtain any information from children, we do not restrict
children from visiting our site. We urge children only to give us any information after getting
permission from their parents. In some cases, there are age limits for certain contests and giveaways.

THIS AGREEMENT AND THE TERMS FOR THE USE OF THIS SITE SHALL BE GOVERNED AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAW.
THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT THEY MAY BE UPDATED.
